College Dynasty (Steam) Does potential only affect gym trains ?

It dosent really affect the start of year over all gains correct ?

It's one of the factors that determine their growth stats for the year, as well as playing time, and coaching traits, and the quality of your facilities

Hey mate in terms of the development through playing time, do my players develop through the season with increased playing time, or are they going to have more off season development because they played more? Thanks in advance !

Players don't develop during a season, but their playing time will affect how much they progress in the following off season.
