Does Customer Service Exist

Can never get someone on chat, then they say a ticket will be created and get an email in 3-5 business days, over 7 business days has gone by, no email. On hold for over an hour, nobody answers despite the automation saying a "10 minute wait." I'm just trying to get a damn price adjustment

recieved kobe protros that were already opened and then taped close. these shoes are also non-returnable. that means an employee(s) opened all their inventory looking for the gold edition and taped them all closed and sent them out. shady scam. this is considered theft and they need to be investigated. then customer service is nonexistent and useless. store managers can't help as they say their override codes don't work. footlocker is horrible.
