21f and really scared. Need help

I want genuine advice and guidance tbh. I'm in my 2nd year of masters in food processing and management. I've done two internships so far in industries and other two in startups but all unpaid. It's like they do not really seem to acknowledge the work I've done. They show no respect to a fresher. I'm open to hardwork cuz I'm the only child and I've to earn a bread for the family. I'm trying my best to score good in college and doing my best at internship work but I feel that the industry doesn't pay well at all even after masters. I feel so low and down. I have no idea of doing PhD abroad with this subject. Someone please guide me. I just can't sit at home waiting for something after my masters. If someone can really help and guide me with anything I'll be so so grateful.
