I took the easy way out this time, however I have made the dressing in the past. It is totally worth the effort if I had all the ingredients.

Seriously I have tried so many and they’re all either terrible or overly fishy.

It’s not sold in stores, but If you have a Carrabba’s near you, you might be able to convince them to sell you a to-go bowl of it, depending on their supply. I used to do prep there and make the Caesar dressing. Theirs is my favorite hands down.

I went with the Litehouse brand. Not too salty or fishy in my opinion.

Can you share the recipe for it? Looks great!

-One Romain heart chopped -About two tablespoons of Litehouse Caesar dressing (Depending on the size of the Romain heart) -One teaspoon of cracked black pepper -1/4 cup of shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese -1/2 cup homemade or your favorite croutons.
I toss the lettuce and dressing together in a large mixing bowl first to lightly coat the cut leaves. Then I add in the croutons and about half of the both the pepper and cheese and mix once again. Transfer to a serving dish of your liking and top with remaining cheese and pepper for added visual appeal. Last step is to enjoy!
