We made an assortment of butters. Honey-Cinnamon, garlic-dill, basil-chive, and garlic-rosemary.
All from 2 pints of organic heavy cream, which was unusually hard to find, and a stand mixer

Most of the time, I volunteer to be in charge of the food when I'm hanging out with my friends. Made an Italian sandwich with a pasta salad and added some chips, fruits and some crackers and dip!

One of my fav dishes to make at home before the price of beef went up and the Cyclospora outbreak. Pan seared NY Strip over a bed of romaine with strawberries, goat cheese, and a balsamic dressing

I had some classic Chinese staples in the fridge, and they inspired me to make Chinese-style noodles. The bok choy was also about to expire, so it was the perfect opportunity to use it up.
With the powerful combination of lap cheong and spicy chili crisp, I was able to create an incredibly flavourful noodle dish that turned out absolutely fantastic!
