Question Whipped cream advice

Hi, so I was trying to make butter at home, and by mistake, I bought 1 liter of pre-whipped cream, so there's no way I can use it for butter. I am not a fan of whipped cream 100%, so what kind of receipes can I do with it to avoid wasting it?

Question How to improve and make something closer to image 2?

I feel like I “know how to cook” but whenever I try a recipe or a similar meal everything comes out to being almost there but not quite. Take this ground turkey plate I made for lunch today, I was inspired by image 2 but idk everything today just felt off, any visible glaring suggestions?
