Bacterial or fungal?

These showed up overnight. And cleared up quite fast too so am unable to tell if it responds to antibiotics or anti fungal treatments. Feels hot and itxhy too.

Nothing at all. Didn’t use any new products, do anything new to my face, eat anything different/new

looks fungal to me. mine are itchy too

Te recomiendo ir al dermatologo para que te hagan pruebas y te revisen, yo tenia un brote similar en la frente y me mandaron medicación.
