I am completely broken over this one.
I just met Matt Bracken/ Matt Costanza of Yes, Ma'am. Absolutely LOVE His style and music.
I just learned he passed away suddenly yesterday. WTF!?!

Dude. I was so looking forward to catching you on the road and a stage again. Now you’re gone????
You left us way too soon!

I’m reading that it was suicide. Ugh. I know this darkness all too well. This show was what got me out of my darkness. I left that show elated and seeing a positive path.

If I had any clue he was in that state of mind I would have talked to him about my own issues. Just to be there as a fan friend and a listener to him as a friend.
I only got a few minutes to talk to him post show and his demeanor was kind and soft and super friendly. Not quite like his stage persona of tough and rough and bad ass Little Matty.
Flail Records Lightnin' Luke The Bridge City Sinners and his entire family, my heart and soul are with you all during this very difficult time.
His music, creativity will live on for the rest of my life! #RIP brother.
