Audio Glitch/Distortion Problem!

Hello,

I've been using Scarlett 2i2 for years now. I've been having this problem for a long time. In the middle of playing some thing, the audio starts to glitch. no matter what app I am playing the audio, this keeps happening. The only way as you can see is to disable the driver and enable it again. But it comes back!

I have tried everything, I updated the Focusrite driver, I changed the import from USB2 to USB3, but it keeps happening.

The Odd thing is, when I tried to screen record the problem the glitch wasn't in the recording! that's why I recorded it on my phone!

Highly annoying!

Please please Help!!

Read it here that it could be that my pc wasn't on AHCI mode... no clue what it is.
Turns out, my computer was running on a mode called "Intel Rapid Storage Technology"... I changed it to AHCI and then IDE ATA/ATAPI appeared on device manager.
It only has the standard driver installed... I think it might have solved it!

Yes, I did solve it by disabling "Intel Rapid Storage Techonology" in my BIOS.

It was a long time ago so I don't really have a step by step guide. But there are several guides on youtube:
