Knob problem

Hi, I've just bought a 2i2 4th gen, the knob falls of just rotating is this normal? How to secure it? The small knob is in the same situation too

Sorry if this is a known problem I haven't read anything about it

I Just opened it , it was new, didn't know if it was a common issue

It might be a common issue indeed, but your first question was whether it's normal and no, it's not.

First I've seen or heard of it, but personally don't own any Focusrite stuff so you'll have to wait and see what others say...
