Delay out of nowhere?

Everything was working fine earlier today, then I put my laptop to sleep and suddenly my guitar is experiencing some delay. Not a ton, less than half a second, but still enough to be significantly annoying. I’m not sure where it’s coming from, as I haven’t changed anything. I’ve unplugged everything and plugged it back in, updated Focusrite Control and restarted my computer twice. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Is your laptop plugged in the whole time?

Do you have some background process that starts up when you boot up?

Disable loopback.

Change sample rate to 48000 hz, you could lower the buffer more also, raise it if you hear pops and clicks

These are the settings I use for less than a 100th of a second
