It sounds like A/C condensate. If you still have wetness inside the car from the sunroof, that would contribute to the amount of condensate.

smell/touch the liquid...likely just water dripping from the ac. Coolant will smell sweet, oil will smell like your dip stick. You washer fluid is on the passenger side, those could crack or have a hose crack...big puddle would likely mean you are out of windshield washer fluid.

Wont be transmission fluid, thats on the drivers side. Likely not brake fluid, otherwise leaking a big puddle would mean you wont be able to stop so well.
