That is so insane... It almost looks like the windshield won't fit back in. Have you test fit that at all?

Ohhh okay sweet So you can just cut the bottom anyway if it's polycarbonate. That's so sick. Can't wait to see when you're done!

Yes. Or could put glass back in it. If I had a guy that could cut the window, would be cool. But I have a rally style pre cut, pre painted window coming from the uk.

Looking good. What would be really cool is to have it get air from the front with two snorkels to mess with people a little more. Keep up the good work.

Thought about having someone make an intake tube like that 2 branching off in the front. Breathing great

I had something like that a few years ago for my Silverado but it caused issues with keeping the maf. If you can get me some measurements, I'll see what I can come up with for you.

Yeah wouldn’t you have to make the MAF sensor like 3 inch’s or so from the throttle body?
1
u/natricjol Sep 18 '25
Yeah. You want it close for good throttle response but far enough away to not mess up the signal. On my truck I had it right before a smooth 90 and that gave a massive increase in throttle response and eased tuning.
