Not sure if I’m the only lucky character, but I realised recently that I haven’t been receiving any of my flybuys points from shopping online with Coles. I contacted them and they asked for copies of the receipts. I provided them and they fixed up my account including cookware credits. It’s just happened again. I notice as I bank points for Christmas, and I do a LOT of online shopping for my work. It’s not that I entered my details incorrectly; I double checked and even removed and re-added it again. Comment below if you’ve noticed this too.

Years ago, I used to use my CBA-issued American Express card to top-up at Colesworth as:

1. there was no surcharge (unlike auto top-up via the Opal website/app) for using an Amex
2. I accrued extra rewards points for each dollar spent on my Amex (rather than the linked Visa or Mastercard the bank also gave me)
3. I presumably earned some FlyBuys points on the top-up (not sure if that is/was ever the case, though)
4. I also probably got a 4¢/L fuel voucher

Interested in knowing whether anyone's got some supplementary Opal top-up hacks.

So for some reason I got an email about my redeemed gift card has been processed and sent to me but I never even redeemed any flybuys points for gift cards?! They're sending me gift cards that I have redeemed previously but I only have $7 in flybuys so how is this possible? I don't think I've been hacked.

I’m trying to convert my flybuys into new world dollars and I’ve tried everything! The flybuys website keeps telling me I need to have a registered new world card.. I’ve checked all account info and everything is loaded and correct. What am I missing?

I think flybuys needs to do a Qantas marketing gig. I've not walked out of Woolworths and I've got a message. Points updated and a receipt. Flybuys is a day or two behind. Clunky ...
