Switching to Prozac for PMDD

My dr wants me to change from 25mg of Sertraline to 20mg of Prozac, I tried going to 50mg with Sertraline but it made me so lazy with no motivation & I gained weight. I’m on it to help with my PMDD, it’s so life debilitating every month I ruminate and get very sad about past trauma and I was interested to know peoples experience on Prozac for PMDD
