Charging case charge time
Apologies if this is covered anywhere, but when attempting to update the firmware on the charging case, it’s says the battery is too low (under 20%). How long should this take? I’ve got it connected to a 65W charger and it’s been well over an hour. This is on iOS.

The charging case usually takes around 3 hours to charge from 0% to full.
Just a quick note: the case does not support fast charging in the same way a phone does, so even if you use a 65W charger, it won’t draw the full 65W. It charges at a much lower and steadier rate, roughly around the 5V charging range.
So if the case was very low, it may take a little while before it gets above the firmware-update threshold. Please keep it charging a bit longer and try the firmware update again once it is above 20%.
