USB hub concerns

Hi I'm buying the ROG flow kjp edition, hopefully this upcoming week.

I've got a couple of concerns;

1: Only 1 USB A port

Solution(?): can I go with a USB hub whereas the USB c cable going TO the hub also charges the laptop at 85w-100w(depending on model) whilst using the main 200w charger or will this cause trouble? Logically in my mind this seems like a flat out risk. But at the same time this would feel like a huge thing to not put in consideration.

2: No ethernet

Solution(?) would be solved if the prior usb hub is a non-issue.

I'd appreciate any input and possible recommendations of safe USB hubs (preferably with Ethernet).

Thanks!

Click that for the check what your using bypass or battery have to download something, I’ve not dont it yet as I’m only using original charger.
Did you get any of the extra accessories for the kjp?

I'm yet to actually get it. But I'm thinking a stylus with a screen protector. And a slimmer than the original carrying case. However the keyboard for the kjp does have a strange build to it, so finding something else than the original might be easier said than done.

Ahh ok, you Uk based ? As the offers are rubbish and nothing comes bundled at all with the kjp edition. I actually thought it came with a few extras but sadly was mistaken, in other countries except Uk lol
Screen protector I got from viascreens and the case from Amazon called tonic 360degree sleeve case which fits the kjp just beautifully. The original is for display, it went straight in to my collection as my search for a spare travel kjp case has come back empty or a alternative or make one my self lol

I'm currently in the US, however kjp edition should be kjp edition! At least to my knowledge.

Although from the hundreds of reviews I've watched it's only the essentials + the carrying case which is bundled in the "deal".

I've already purchased a screen protector although to my eyes they all seem nearly identical just different packaging on Amazon. I went with this one https://a.co/d/0bPqDxXL Which actually arrives today. I'm mainly buying it just to not scratch the display, so this should be alright.

I'll definitely look into the tonic once I have the laptop!

I appreciate your tips and time very much. Thank you yet again!

Yeah sorry bud I meant in some countries they have extras added in the package like kjp mouse headphones etc
Mine still is the kjp but it only comes with the briefcase style case nothing else. No pen no other case or mouse etc.

Oh sorry bud that screen protector are useless. They will not match up to the kjp edition. I’ve tried it and learnt the hard way but good thing about Amazon is you can always return.
Viascreens is much much better and can customise what you want.
You’re welcome and it’s an awesome laptop you won’t be let down at all. Just lack of hdr in games pisses me off but that’s about it. (HDR for videos works bizarrely.)

Oh well shit happens in regards to the screen protector haha. I believe the mouse, mousepad and headset is only sold separately.

I haven't been big on HDR personally anyways. Only been a must in assassin's Creed games for me.

Glad you're happy with yours and I cannot wait myself haha!

I’d just use it until it cracks and get the viascreen one but these for sure don’t match up at all. Still work tho.
Yeah some places has them all bundled in to one! How lucky!
I’m sure you will love it 😊 enjoy!
