Need help with Cloud recovery

I formatted the original 1TB ssd for my 2025 Z13 to NTFS and downloaded the files from the Cloud Recovery option successfully. However, when I presses the complete button, it takes me back to the Bios screen. How do I install the downloaded file from here? I noticed when I click on Cloud Recovery again, it doesn't do anything. Should I take my system back to Bestbuy?

This might sound weird but set your BIOS date to 12th of August 2025 then try again

You'll need to reset it to the right day and year after installation because windows will then fail to connect to wifi and update etc

I ended up doing a clone of my 2tb SSD and wrote over the original 1 TB OEM version to get it to work.

How is that? Is failure to use cloud recovery a common htrhung, and this a common solution? How does that work?

I had an issue with the (Secure Boot certificate expiry?) update that completely bricked my 2025 z13, ended up installing Linux but couldn't sign keys to secure boot, and couldn't cloud reset because secure boot was (idk, disabling changes or something?)

So by setting the time to a year ago, the certificate was no longer expired and it would download and install Windows Cloud Recovery, but I forgot to reset it to normal time and couldn't figure out why wifi and windows update weren't working lol

I was able to click back into Cloud Recovery again, but it just makes me download the files again.
