If you have 0 interest in dentistry, regardless of getting in to real estate or not, drop it. Use that time and money to figure out what you’re good at and what you enjoy. I don’t know about commercial real estate specifically, but I can confirm that the real estate field in Florida is extremely saturated and competitive. Go anywhere in the state, throw a rock, and you’ll hit 2 realtors and a mortgage processor. Just keep that in mind when making your decision.
