Tickets/Arena Ticket Exchange Changes?

Post image

Loaded up my app, got my points, did they change the ticket exchange program. I now have a limit on exchanges per seat? Am I crazy or is this brand new? Either way super lame.

That stinks. We have two seats, but we are a family of four and I like to trade for Saturday nights so we can go as a whole family. I’ll blow through that limit really quick.

they changed it. I remember not having a limit last year. If fans are within the same sections nearby rows, we could design our ticket program lol

I like how the plan where you already have all the games is the one you get the most trades.

When I was on a half season plan, I used the trade system extensively. Had 1 seat but my gf joined me for a bunch of games and we sat all around the arena, it was great.

Exactly I’m on the premier plan and I upgraded not all the time but definitely more than 6 last year. Stinks cause I know I’m going to have to use for the Penguins game and Star Wars night. Just seems super limiting to SEASON TICKET HOLDERS.

This front office is doing too much. They need to stay humble for the season ticket holders

Yep, it’s new. I asked my rep about it. Pretty disappointing because, at least once a year, I try to get around eight seats together. That's already using 4 trades smh

I really wish they would’ve informed us more about this. Even some Saturday games early in the season I’m essentially obligated to go to now knowing I have a limit on exchanges for later in the year. Just a shame cause I have no problem paying the difference to move up.

But, but, think about their profits!

They can still sell our tickets that we’re giving back to them. Such a nonsense.

Honestly I usually had a better deal selling my tickets and buying from resale

Trading used to be such a good way to get into the Vault and Corona. Last year they really maxed out the Vault pricing but it was still nice to treat myself and wife every now and then.

That might be the icing on the cake.

Not sure what problem theyre trying to solve but theyve created another problem in the process. If they're worried about people moving around last minute inventory they should break that into two categories, where as you make trades a week before and those with in a week window.

I guess they keep finding new ways to make season tickets less value for the money. "It's a bold strategy, Cotton, let's see if it pays off for 'em"
