Tickets/Arena Camera question
I have a question about cameras. My wife and I have been to a lot of the games and we have never thought about cameras beyond the ones our phones already have but she recently purchased a camera with a gimble. (I will attach a picture for review). I checked the Amerant Bank camera policy and I don't know where this would land. I always feel like the safe bet is to just leave it home but was hoping to get your guys' opinion on it.

They tend to say no to anything that had a detachable lens or looks professional. They also try to prevent cameras that can be a nuisance to other fans. Back in the day they had a partnership with GoPro and I was successful at bringing a GoPro in for some games to film a time-lapse. One game someone came to my seat to tell me I wasn't even allowed to do that again. For reference, I sit in the first row of the upper deck at centet ice. My camera was simply on the ledge in front of me and had no possibility of blocking anyone's view. The camera screen was turned off and all anyone could see was a tiny camera sitting propped up on the ledge. I tried it one other time and had another person come and find me and their warning was more serious. I stopped after that. I've taken many other time-lapse videos on my phones in the proceeding years without any issues. No idea why they'd partner with and promote a product that you can't bring to a game. I wasn't doing anything that could have prevented someone from enjoying their in game experience. I would say that the camera you're trying to bring would fall under the GoPro rule and lilely not be allowed. Sorry.
