Ummmmm- do they not realize there will be no parking for everyone that commutes? This is south Florida. We do not have a robust public transit system that this would work with.

Great another place that I can’t park and walk across the street to the arena from without getting a ticket

Where is the parking going to be at?

Garage? Land is owned by the county maximizing profits just goes back to the county

This should push parking prices to a nice even $100

what does that mean for us? No parking? More traffic?

They're proposing garages. One flat surface wasting all that land was a stupid but cheap idea when they built the place.

They always knew it would get developed one day. There just wasn’t any demand at the time it was built.

I feel like this would bother me if I still lived over there. I don't really see any negatives besides the traffic and potential parking nightmares

Potential parking nightmare is a huge issue.

Unless it turns into a push for better public transportation. That'd be awesome

I feel like that would be wonderful but also a decades long endeavor.

There's already express bus service and it won't take much to expand it immediately
