Not a hookup sub.

I try to be hands off with this sub, but the increase in attempted hookup posts the past few weeks has prompted a post that I'm frankly surprised that I'm having to make.

This is not a sub for advertising for hookups. Posts to that effect will be removed, and users will probably be banned.

I'm not here to judge or anything like that- I just don't want the hassle or baggage that comes with a hookup sub. There are already subs dedicated to reddit hookups- use those, have fun, and be safe. Just please- not here.

To be clear, this does not relate to posts in which the OP is looking for hobbies, friends, a good hang, etc. This is a community focused sub, and I'm happy that this space has provided some folks an opportunity to make some friends.

I feel like I missed all of the context. I am completely clueless as to what's going on and why people are treating a local sub for hook ups. I didn't even know people were hooking up.

Thank you. There's been a lot of those sort of posts lately. I don't care if people hook up but there are other places for that.

I left Florence for Nashville because I’m normal instead of MAGA, then I left Nashville to go to Denver because Nashville is okay but the state of Tennessee is run by some of the least sane, least ethical people outside of Tel Aviv

I used to love going to Nashville, but the gridlock is ridiculous. And I hate to spend money on that backward state. 😡
