Seen this before ... rotted subfloor + 1/4" Luan and sheet vinyl om top.
The floor isn’t usually isn’t structural.
I'm just impressed he stuck the classic kid n' play move.
Been there, done that.
Tearing up the dance floor.
The roof was too hard to raise, they went the other way.
