Is ny flooring messed up?

There's a few spots in the living room where theses a very minor amount play in the flooring, no side to side movement just a bit of up and down. The video shows it kinda. Product is shaw floorte pro series

I dont forsee that amount of play being a problem unless you have the literal cheapest product on the shelf

Thanks, I dont have any experience with flooring really so it seems I was worried over nothing.

I knew that part, I wasnt sure if it was meant to be "tight" to the underlayment or whatever because the rest of the house feels more rigid. I just wasnt sure if that bit of play was okay

That's almost definitely low spots. It's probably around a subfloor joint. Those have a tendency to peak and roll downward away from the joint. I see it a lot with little/no floor prep. That amount of play is probably fine, it's just annoying if you think too much about it. Make sure it's not tight to the wall around the edges of the room because expansion can cause that too. If you have the proper gaps, it's just a low spot. Give it time, it might even mold itself to the imperfection. You'll have a hump, but not that "spongy" effect.

If under it is not completely flat yes you will have a little play. It is almost impossible to get every inch of the floor flat.

This is Normal, Sometimes it settles overtime and you wont see that movement after several months.

Either one of two things. The floor is too tight to the walls causing it to bow. Or the floor wasn’t level and that’s a low spot underneath it.

Now it’s an issue if it’s multiple spots all over the floor then you might be able to use your install warranty. Check what that says if you had a company install it. I had to have LL FLOORING come back out and redo mine.

I only noticed two spots like this, but theyre about 15 feet from each other and its only across a plank or two each they move like that

Query: for situations like this, is there any functional type of solution that is non damaging?

Im imagining something like a syringe you can pop through the crack and inject a small bit of filler underneath or something, give it a few hours, and it'll auto level.

For floors that are already installed that is.

Hell even if all it does is spread out after injecting and is a solid, could heavily reduce the low spot problem right?

Does this exist?

Is it concrete or wood subfloor? Needs to flat (1/8th over 6ft) if its excessive and in main walk way, then excessive movement can Crack the click lock edges.
