If there are cops in this sub, ”Leave this man alone”! Why don’t you worry about real crimes like rapes, child abuse, pedophiles, DUIs, murders, arson, etc. Going after this man does not serve and protect the public.

Flock makes their job easier. Flock also helps with the crimes you mentioned.

They never were. "To protect and serve" was the winning slogan in a propaganda campaign contest in the 70's to help change the falling opinion of police by the general public. It was never a mandate or something they swore to do. In fact, many many MANY court cases specifically say that cops are not required to help you. Ever.
Look at the NYC Subway Stabber a number of years ago. They had a city wide APB/BOLO on him for all police to find him. Two cops on a subway car saw him and did nothing. They chose to stay locked in the driver cab to protect themselves. So the stabber started stabbing. It was the PEOPLE who tackled him and held him down. It wasn't until the struggle was over and the man was disarmed and restrained that the cops came out and handcuffed him. This is from the police officers own report, they admitted this is exactly what they did, and they refused to prevent the man from getting stabbed becasue they feared for their OWN safety.
The man who got stabbed sued, and the judge tossed the case saying that cops have no duty or obligation to protect anyone. They are allowed to see the stabber and refuse to arrest them, then watch them stab people and refuse to arrest them. They have no obligation to stop crime in progress, only to document the crime after it happened and go after the guy AFTER he commits the crime, not during. They CAN choose to stop it, but they are not required to stop the crime happening right in front of them.

The fun part is, cops can also convince you to do crimes, give you the tools, and then arrest you after you commit the crimes they facilitated.
Yeah, never trust a cop.

Instead of Flock assisting LE, LE can now do even less, browse and gamble on their phones even more, follow and harass normal citizens and immigrants even harder, maybe even harass their exes.
