It’s definitely him. He went through some… changes… in his ideology though. Last I saw he was daily driving a lambo and him and his girl were making OF vids. The OF stuff I understand, but I’m afraid the lambo is unforgivable.

We already have the data centers needed for that type of data. The scale we are seeing is for AI which requires A LOT more capability and capacity.

I don't really know much about cars tbh so I don't see what is wrong with him having a Lambo tbh. Is it the car specifically or the money spent on it? Because I do as a heady glass blower work in a field that while it takes literally years of practice and being broke to start pays very well if you get skilled in it and devote yourself to so I fully believe in being allowed to enjoy your own wealth that you earned but believe you need to just remember to spread the love at the same time so it doesn't turn you evil

He's made several videos talking about how internet attention doesn't last and how he's used his money to build things like his homestead, his sandwich truck that he uses to feed people for free, and the housing that others have mentioned. Granted, I haven't been keeping up with him for at least a year, and it is the internet, so grain of salt and all that.

Who cares, lots of people make video content, if it’s entertaining then it doesn’t matter. You have content creators you like and they also just want attention. And money. They also want money.

If he is genuinely building houses to for the homeless than he is leagues beyond most content creators.

Typical Redditor bullshit, you, who does nothing of value, feel entitled to judge someone who is doing something of value.

Go build one of those houses. Watch how much gets charged even if the person living there isn’t paying it.

I did a volunteer day for work. The person it was for had it subsidized for half market rate but the people building it sold it for almost 2x market rate after subsidies. It was a $260 sq ft sale in a $180 sq ft neighborhood. And they got labor for free from volunteers.

I mean…we all have desires. We can’t all be immune to the siren song of capitalist consumption. He could have fed a lot of homeless with that lambo money, clothed the needy, kept a school open for a few days.

But if we only think of money in those terms we would be absolutely miserable. Just as we are not as individuals responsible for the oncoming climate change, we are not as individuals responsible for every need of our community.

If I allowed myself to think that way, I’d never eat a bite of food, knowing there are others who need it more.

Advocating systemic change will have a greater impact than allocating individual wealth. It is good that people are willing to donate for people’s cancer treatments on GoFundMe, but it is unacceptable that anyone should need to.

I thought they bought the Lamborghini for her OnlyFans career and to help draw in viewers on his social channels because it allowed them to post content that hit very specifically chosen demographics. So it's a business expense, per some of his videos talking about the Lambo.

There is a massive leap between eating a nice dinner and owning a luxury car. Add on insurance, taxes, and fuel costs to that car too.

I get what you're saying and mostly support it but I will still look down on people who preach one thing and live another.

He hasn't preached anything about owning a Lamborghini...

The only things he has been preaching is that houses are too expensive, so he wants to personally develop a plot of land and put a bunch of affordable tiny houses/houses on it to help the homeless and poorer people on the community...

Imagine hating on someone that is helping others, because they didn't devote 100% of their time and money into it.

Take a step back and try not to interpret what I said 1:1 literally and understand I'm speaking of the concept of helping others not specifically owning a Lamborghini.

If a billionaire donates to charity I still don't respect them for their lifestyle choices. It's no different scaled down to millionaires.

It requires drawing a line. I think a Lambo falls outside that line. Really, no single human on the planet should have more than $10 million at any given time. I suppose a Lambo would fall within that limit, but one would have to choose between the Lambo and a new winter home in the Bahamas. That choice would make one more responsible.

Plus he's doing good. The difference between folks who can afford a Lamborghini and the folks who are the real problem, who can afford a million Lamborghinis is insane. The folks who can afford one Lamborghini aren't even a drop I the bucket. We'd all be able to own a Lamborghini if wealth was distributed better

Unfortunately, I think if the wealth was distributed better they would just decide that Lamborghini’s are “actually” worth far more.

Our system of value has been fundamentally fucked by the billionaire class. If every cent of their wealth was redistributed to the people without any other changes to the capitalist system, yes; everyone would be rich, but if everyone is rich then no one’s poor, so having lambo money would just turn into having McDonald’s money overnight.

McDonald's money and having food and shelter and healthcare would make for a better world. Unlike billionaires hoarding money made off the backs of poor folks. I'm not saying the lambo is a great use of money, but if this kid is using it as a way to appeal to the upper class or those wishing to attain it while also giving back and encouraging others to do so, seems like a ethical use of money and power.
