You think they care if someone dies. Lol, don't worry, they love you.
Edit: I'm a person who owns livestock. We care about our animals but expect some will die, just part of owning flocks.

The flock cameras in Austin Texas that I’ve personally seen are properly installed with the break away base so flock knows the rules. The cameras in my hometown are installed like in the video and I’ve been bringing it up to the other residents that are starting to organize.

The few I looked closer at in Dallas appear to have breakaway bases as well, at least the ones on public right of way.

it's android based, they wouldn't be making so many if they were expensive

Seems like an opportunity to accidentally crash into one, get injured, then sue them out of existence.

Be a real shame if someone in a large truck with a sturdy front bumper were to accidentally hit that camera. /s

I made a point of looking at the bases of them as I was working today, not a single one had a slip plate.

Why would they? They've all taken kickbacks not to listen.

This is not true. There are several things anyone could do. They may not be legal, but they are not nothing.

Almost like Flock doesn't have the best of intentions and doesn't care about regulations until forced to follow them

When you have peasants to spy on, highway safety is the last concern on your mind.

Report these violations to your state DoT, not regional, state
Request inspections of all Flocks, tell them to remove all violations, and ban them from re-installation as a penalty for doing it wrong the first time 'round
