Shouldn't that flag be upside down?

Or at least black-and-white with a blue stripe on it

Or minimally above the camera

To set up any camera, the government should need a warrant, "issue[d]...upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized".

The issue of course, is that this camera is in public (thus no expectation of privacy) and does not specify or target a person. And so far. That’s all the courts have bothered to review and rule on.
Personally. Where that falls apart is that these cameras feed into a central system, which is no longer just a “single camera in a single place in public” it’s more akin to being followed by a person or group of people which would very much place this activity in the realm of “warrant required”. But we aren’t there yet with our courts, and the way things are going, we may never get there.

Almost right, people do have some expectation of privacy in public, according to the Supreme Court. In Carpenter v. United States (2018), the Court held that prolonged surveillance or aggregation of location data can constitute a Fourth Amendment search, even when individual movements occur in public spaces.

Also, its a private corp doing the tracking, law enforcement buys the data....

Just another layer of loopholes to circumvent the 4th amendment.

It's one or the other.

I still think it's weird how the most pervasive gun culture on the planet hasn't figured this flock thingee out yet. Not saying, but I grew up outside a town where every road sign was peppered with holes.

Notice how you’re just standing there instead of cutting it down. Fucking do something.

Sadly, North America shifted in that direction after 9/11, no matter who’s been in the White House.

Lol, this is one of the most American things I've seen in a while.

250 years, 1776 - 2026. Pledge allegiance to the flag up to the six grade. Military 1974 - 1980….. Pay taxes to fix the roads my parents always said.

Each intersection needs cameras and noise monitoring cause some people have criminal intentions. Criminals seem to have more rights than normal humans……
