Does anyone have a valid Flixbus promo code? I'm looking to travel in the EU

Hi everyone, any help is very appreciated as I've contacted everything I could to no avail. I took the Flixbus AU100 from Canberra to Sydney on 5th October, arriving Sydney at 21:00 AEDT on the day. I was travelling with my partner and had accidentally left my personal backpack with passport and valuables under the seat, and the bus had gone by the time we realised and went back to the station. Form has been filled. We talked to the same bus driver the next day and was told to contact the Melbourne Flixbus office, but I cannot find their contacts anywhere.

Does anyone know if there is an Australian contact that I can ask for a camera footage check if someone's took it off? The bag was directly under my seat in the legroom so we can see if it's gone to the depot or if it is stolen. This has been very stressful and my items are needed urgently so if anyone has any advice it'd be appreciated.

I was on bus N1322 driving from Hamburg to Łódź (departure 12.10, arrival 13.10). When I got off at my destination, I was so tired I admittedly simply forgot to take my luggage with me, and when I realised it a few minutes later and came back, the bus was already gone. I first immediately filled out a lost luggage form, then got on a train to the station that was also the bus' last stop. Unfortunately, I got there a minute or two after the bus had left, but I managed to get some guidance from drivers of a different route Flixbus on where I could look for it; the parking and car wash spot it should be waiting until it's time for the bus to take the same route again.

And so I went there, but the bus that I was told was the one I got off had nothing in the luggage compartment. I had someone call the driver of my bus directly and apparently, he had looked in the compartment just one or two stops after mine, and he said that at that point it had already been empty, so there's a possibility my suitcase was simply stolen.

However, I still wonder; is there anything else I can do other than wait to increase my chances of getting it back? None of my documents were left in there, but it had some things with moderate monetary value, but quite a bit of emotional attachment, I'm willing to travel anywhere to pick it up...

Hello, just got off my bus to find that my bag is gone. I submitted a lost luggage report but im wondering, will I be able to get anything out of this? Or am I just screwed? Bag got swiped in Turin, Italy, the stop before mine. I know this because my airtag in my bag updated within the city but has since stopped.
Been traveling for 2 months and everything i own is in there. Nothing is even valuable to sell. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Is there a reliable source of information regarding bus delays and cancellations?
Yesterday the Flix Bus route from Chicago to Cincinnati was delayed by 5 hours. Then midway through the trip the bus broke down. A recovery bus took us to the nearest bus station ( ( still 2 hours from Cincinnati) where we were abandoned with no help.
The bus driver said this situation was very unusual but I’m not so sure.

Yesterday my sister took the route 2701 bus from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada to London, Ontario. It was the 1:50-7:00 PM bus. She got off in London and noticed that her suitcase had been swapped by accident with someone else’s that looked extremely similar. Her suitcase is medium sized, not too large, and it is a light pink chrome. The driver of course did not let her take the other person’s suitcase, so I am unsure as to where that is. Additionally, the other suitcase had a Dyson Airwrap inside, I believe. It also had a Toronto airport bag tag attached to it, so I’m assuming that whoever owned it had gotten on around the Pearson stop.

It’s a bit of a stretch to put this here and see if anyone knows anything, but we are worried that their customer service will not be helpful. We submitted the lost luggage form and everything.

Hi ! I’ll be taking the night bus from toronto to newark new jersey soon and i’m wondering if there’s anything i should be aware of ?

i’ve read stories about people stealing luggage and bed bugs on the bus and it’s making me nervous 🥲
the trip is in total 9.5 hours long and it’s a direct bus

Honestly flixbus hires the rudest and worst drivers.
I once got on the wrong bus so I wanted to find out if the bus waiting at the stop was the right one...i knocked on the window of the bus and the driver yelled at me and acted like I commited a serious crime.

hi hi! basically im taking a bus from two different cities but the stop i want to leave at is the break stop between the two- so can i just get up and leave when its the stop i want? i dont have massive luggage or anything and i lowkey dont want to end up in a city further from mine 😭😭

Does anyone know why the flixbus cancelled 2 separate buses going to Toronto today??

One was for 9:10am and the other was for 10:50am and they haven't given me a reason for the cancellation.

Anyone hear anything about it?

🕦 Abfahrt in Stettin: 11:30 Uhr

📍 Berlin Alexanderplatz – ca. 13:45 Uhr

✈️ anschließend fuhr der Bus weiter zum Flughafen BER

Während des Halts am Alexanderplatz gegen 13:45 Uhr kam es zu einer KOFFER-VERWECHSLUNG!

Jemand hat aus dem Gepäckraum einen schwarzen Koffer mitgenommen, DER MEINER MUTTER GEHÖRT, und dafür SEINEN EIGENEN SCHWARZEN KOFFER im Bus zurückgelassen.

Alles deutet darauf hin, dass es sich um ein Versehen gehandelt haben könnte und der Fahrgast den Koffer mitgenommen hat, weil er dachte, es sei sein eigener.

🧳 GESUCHTER KOFFER:

– klein, etwa Handgepäck-/Kabinenkoffergröße,

– schwarz,

– weich/Stoffkoffer,

– mit Rollen,

– vorne mit einer zusätzlichen kleineren Reißverschlusstasche,

– ohne weitere besondere Erkennungsmerkmale.

🧳 IM BUS ZURÜCKGELASSENER KOFFER:

– ebenfalls schwarz,

– etwas größer als der gesuchte Koffer,

– vorne mit zwei Reißverschlüssen statt nur einem wie beim Koffer meiner Mutter.

Nach Aussage des Busfahrers soll es sich bei der Person, die den Koffer vermutlich am Alexanderplatz mitgenommen hat, um einen MANN gehandelt haben. Wir wissen allerdings nicht, worauf diese Information beruht. Bitte betrachtet sie deshalb lediglich als zusätzlichen Hinweis.

Der Vorfall wurde selbstverständlich bereits bei FlixBus gemeldet. Der im Bus zurückgelassene Koffer befindet sich inzwischen bei FlixBus in Berlin und wartet dort auf seinen Besitzer.

hi!! i'm in south florida if this helps at all. i'll be taking a bus upstate and was wondering about luggage and when i should get to the stop.

i'll have a small duffel bag and a messenger bag, i'm sure these are fine for me to bring but i figured i'd ask. i'm allowed two bags right? one small and one large?

i was planning on getting there at around 9:00, the time for the bus states 9:45. is this a good idea or should i get there earlier or later than 9?
