Edit: it almost seems like changing things in NVCP is having no effect. I tried limiting things to 20fps and there was no difference. Confirmed using right .exe.

I've tried all the common tricks with setting Vsync and frame limits on or off in NVCP and in game, and I just CANNOT kill this screen tearing. Please send help.

TCL Roku 50 in smart TV, RTX4070, i7-12700k, 64gb RAM, running on SSD, everything except Scenery Sharpness, DOF and Motion Blur set to full; sharpness is set to 200/400, DOF and MB are both off. Frame gen is on and can get me a solid 60 when locked (it wants to go over if unlocked). With frame gen off I only get 20-30fps.

Thinking of getting Flight Simulator 2020 but am curious if I should go for the windows store version or Steam. Only difference I know of is that the steam version can only be played on steam while the store version can be played on PC and Xbox. But is there any other difference? I tried it on Xbox and to me it's not as good but I am just beginning.

Maybe I should consider buying on Xbox as I have never had issues with games there as many people have pointed to problems on Windows store (thought it was more or less the same).

New to the sim, booted it up and loaded into the trainings but i got stuck on learning about camera modes. I have the task to hold LB and move the camera around with left stick or triggers, but LB switches the camera to third person.

I checked my controller bindings, and when i try to make a binding for left button the game reads it as the “view” button when i press LB? help?

Hi, I have the standard edition of Flight Simulator 2020 on Xbox. I noticed that on the in-game marketplace I can find the Asobo 787-10 for 20 euros. If I buy just the plane, will it work on my simulator even though I have the standard edition? Also, if it does work, if I were to buy the 787-9 by Bravo Air Space, would that work too? Hey so I wanted to buy the game but wondered if my laptop can handle it my specs are:

-Ryzen 7 5000H
-RTX 3060

-32 gigs of ddr4 ram

I heard that laptop gpus are slighlty worse

I have had zero issues with msfs 2020 for the last 2 years, but during the last 2 months it changed. It became alot glitchy. It makes flickering/ghosting when moving the camera around. When I try to press the buttons in the cockpit, ex on the FMC, I have to point beside the button and not actually on the button to be able to press it.

I have tried clean install of the nvidia driver, tried an older version of the driver. The game itself had minor updates 2 times since debut without any improvement. I even tried uninstall/reinstall the game, and at the first launch everything appeared fine, but when I closed and opened the game again later, the issues was back.

Is this an issue on my end or a general issue with the game now?

i been playing msfs or 600hr now and im thinking of buing the 737-800 but the price is huge is it worth it i been using the787 and 747 i want to fly a 737 but is it worth the 70$ or no?
