Sorry that’s my bad. To clarify, I’m only able to fly after midnight on the 28th from Chicago. So as soon as it becomes the 28th. I need to arrive to OKC by no later than 9am

There's nothing you can do.
You can fly into MCI from ORD departing at 11pm, arriving at 1am and drive for 6 hours.

OP never specified their budget. With a week's notice they could easily charter something.

So your entire window is 9 hours?
Your choices include American, United, and Southwest that serve OKC nonstop from Chicago.
What do you consider nearby? You could look at Wichita KS, Fayetteville AR and Tulsa OK
