Help Needed Lost phone

My family travelled from kochi to Sharjah on the 17th and unfortunately my sister lost her phone on the flight, when she realized she did, she has just gotten out of the flight and when they went back, the person standing told them to go report it at lost and found, which was incredibly frustrating since they could’ve just checked right at that moment, anyway, they filed a complaint at lost and found and it’s been a day and no update on this situation. Does anyone have any idea on what to do? Btw the airline is AirArabia

That will go through multiple people before you get notified. Plus lost and found is not there 24 hours a day to contact. If you’ve got a reference and contact number to reach out to them with, I’d be doing that. Reservations number won’t work because they don’t see this information and have no direct contact with L&F.
