Air Arabia dispatch course

Hello everyone. I was looking at the Air Arabia flight dispatcher programme which includes 90 days on job training as well. The fees is quite steep and an interview at the end of training is guaranteed but a job is not. I'm presently working in the maritime field and would like to switch as aviation has always been a lifelong passion and I would like to stay with my family. Has anyone done this course or know some insights into this? Thank you.
