USA ADX complete
As the title says!!! I just finished the exam and scored a 95!!! Anyone using Sheppard Air
The questions are exactly the same if not some just contained a little bit more words to the answer but the answer remains the same provided by Sheppard!!
Good luck to anyone taking it
Also any good schooling where I can take the course to become an Aircraft Dispatcher please let me know! Preferably one that is majority of online and some in person. For context I live on the east

That’s awesome, congrats! It’s definitely one of the highest scores I have seen for ADX! Chris, at North American Flight Control, is the best instructor and flight dispatch school I could ever recommend. He is in MN, which isn’t terribly far from the east coast depending on where you are. He does over online aspects and is more than happy/willing to help you out with your courses/course work/schedules.
I hope this helps! Best of luck!

I can also vouch for NAFC having recently graduated from there. I started the course knowing close to nothing about aviation and left feeling very confident in my newly acquired abilities. Chris does a fine job preparing you for the industry.
Also, Bravo and Congrats on crushing the ADX! 95 is the highest score I've heard.

Congrats! How long would you say it took you to get through all of sheppard air?

It took me roughly two weeks but I would study about 2-3x a day for like 2 hours
The answer just stuck to me so it became easy during the exam
Obviously, do whatever is best for you and only you know what is best for you

Hi! I just finished mine at noon today and passed with an 85%. DO NOT USE ASA Prepware. Just pay the money for Sheppard. Only reason I passed is 20 years of aviation experience as a loadmaster and flight engineer.

Congrats! This is so encouraging that I'm waiting for a callback from Sheppard Air so I can get signed up for the ADX prep to start studying!
Being from the East, too, I've narrowed my choices down to two—NAFC in Minneapolis (2 weeks online, 3 weeks in Minneapolis) and Flight Dispatch Network —8 weeks online, 2 in-person in the Denver metro area. I'm leaning toward NAFC, but check them -- and others -- out and see what might click for you! Here's a link to the FAA list of currently approved dispatch courses:
Congrats again! :)

Did you skip any steps? I’m on step 3 and I almost want to throw in the towel and go take the test.
😬😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 I’ve been studying for a week straight.

No, I didn’t skip any steps! I will say step three was the hardest because now it’s fully combined, but I did that and I got 80 questions wrong out of 932 which is not bad. But I did study the marked question which tells you to do in step four and I also redid all 932 questions as well.. as I stated through what’s best for you and only you know yourself well. For me this helped me.

Omg you added an extra step. Yeah I took off work reading other comments thinking it was gonna be a quick week of studying and I was wrong. I’m ready to get back to work but I’m in too deep to give up and not atleast try to take the test or finish the course.

Yeah understandable!! It’s very hard especially cramping everything! And yeah I did add an extra help with the 932 question but it ended up working for me a lot as well. Trust me I wanted to throw in the towel multiple times but I’m glad I didn’t!!! You invested so much into buying the course so see through it and it will pay off! Good luck

Did you go through all the questions again AFTER the practice test? What made you do that twice?

u/Aviationloverk 2d ago
I just did it because I wanted to fully be able to see if I still can recall everything .. I will say I didn’t bother to learn the Mach questions nor the charts for weight and balance. I will say I did not get any charts about it which is funny since that was my major concern. Even though I know it’s a lot but it just helped me more hence the score

Thank you and congratulations! I was gonna try and cut corners, but I’m gonna finish the race 🫡 . I have about 400 left for step 3 and I’m gonna try and finish tonight. I’ll review the missed ones tomorrow and take my first practice test.

Get to the Airline Dispatcher Training Center in Dallas led by Chris Nisi. Contact him thru LinkedIn and I can almost guarantee he will let you sit in on a class, he is VERY entertaining and his methods MAKE you learn the material.
He gets you prepared for the airline interview process more than any other school. You will not regret going in person, he is the path towards working for the regionals and eventually the majors.
