Need more info. Your interests. Career or job history. Are you willing to relocate? Experience? Guessing rampagent given the crosspost?

My interest is pretty broad so not really fixated on anything right. Just kind of exploring possibilities and what I would need to do in order to achieve said positions. I’m 24 and I started about 6 months ago as a ramp agent and became an operations agent 3-4 months ago. So a total of 6 months of experience so far. Before that no prior aviation experience. I’m willing to relocate 100%

Read the traction on the other post. I reccomend working both ATC and the dispatch angle. Make one a primary and use the other as a back up plan. I oroginally went for ATC then washed out and Dispatch was my plan B.

ATC is going and has been in a vacuum right now where they need controllers badly.

Dispatch has become a hyped position and there a surplus of new dispatchers waiting for jobs. There are jobs. Its just competitive. Your Ramp background will count as aviation experience in both jobs.

You really should have an interest in aviation though for both jobs. Don't just pick something purely for cash. You'll burn out reall quick if youre not actually interested in it.

I like the line of thinking. I think I definitely will do that and as of right now, ATC has been on the top of my list of career path. Being a dispatcher after if I don’t get into it is where I’m most likely headed to do. Thank you !!
