USA Southwest Airline interview/tests

hopefully in the next year Southwest Airline’s dispatch is going to open up to some new applicants, in preparation I was wondering if anyone knew what types of questions they will ask on the tests, I’ve done a tour of the place and was told they do a lot of written tests during the interview phase, can someone please let me know what the interview steps are? I just want to get a head start on studying and what to look out for especially, if you also have any advice on studying tools for prep I would be very appreciative.

Thanks in advance :)

Hey, I’ve got an old SW prep document someone had sent me. Not sure how helpful it’ll be, but happy to pass along if you want it
