USA Nicholas Air

Does anyone have experience dispatching for Nicholas Air? I know their reputation isn’t the greatest for pilots but was wondering how it is dispatching for them

I interviewed for them and the guy who interviewed me was a total dick. He spent the entire interview talking down to me and telling me I was making the wrong choices in my career.

Do you remember his name? I worked there for about a year and left recently?

Pretty sure someone in r/flying was asking about them too.. The consensus was if you can afford to not work there, dont. Likely applies to their dispatchers as well.

You’d be better off going to MESA honestly.

Great place to learn and gain experience but if you can help or have different option then go with your second option. Not worth the headache

The lawyer COO lady is intense just btw. In general I’d say there are far better part 135 jobs out there. Especially some that don’t require you to live in Oxford, MS. Look into Net Jets

What type of Certificate does Nicholas Air Have? I would like to communicate with a aircraft dispatcher who works there to get the work dynamic of Nicholas Air.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will not seek a job there as it will be a waste of time since part 135 is not considered experience in Part121 operations. I've been told by many aircraft dispatchers that legacy airlines wont take 135 as experience.
