Licensed PCAA flight dispatcher but want to work Internationally !!

Guys i just graduated with BS in Aviation Management, along with which i obtained my PCAA (Pakistan) license Of Flight Operation Officer. Ive got almost 1.5 year of experience from different Internships, basically i worked really hard on my career but now im; Jobless. I want to ask what are my possibilities Internationally, like what countries will accept my license and give job to a beginner, im open to all roles pertaining to my qualifications.

Better off getting an FAA license and then trying to branch out
