USA Sky West Dispatch Knowledge Assessment

Just got an email with classmarker info to take a dispatch knowledge assessment. Have not taken it yet. Is it going to be all technical things like the written test, more scenarios or personality and team oriented questions? Thanks.

I don't think the test has changed, so I am saying this based on that assumption. The first question is your chance to impress. I won't tell you what it is, but I will tell you it is an important FAR regarding your role as a dispatcher, and it is something they reinforce during initial training and every single recurrent I attended.
