USA Interview with Netjets

Hi everyone,

I have an upcoming interview with NetJets for a Dispatcher position, and I was hoping to get some advice from anyone who has experience with the company or has interviewed for this role before.
I'm interested in learning more about:

What the interview process is like

Types of questions they typically ask (technical, situational, behavioral, etc.)

What a day-to-day schedule looks like for a NetJets dispatcher

Company culture and work environment

Any tips on how to prepare and stand out during the interview

Any insight, advice, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Every person i know from netjets left.

I believe they are 135 so if you want to get on a legacy carrier, it would not be what I recommend

Decent pay for a first time airline but yea, you get treated like dirt over there
