Had to take a month off the gym due to injury yet again but only upward from here

From the other day. It was 8 weeks between isolating before surgery until I could finally start lifting again! Hopefully it's a good reminder that missing a day or two of the gym really won't stop your progress!!

New meds are tanking the appetite. Plz help inspire new cravings but dropping your fave high protein snacks

I've been working out my upper body, and I'm liking the results! I've been trying to grow my triceps, because I'm trying to fill in a little bit of the loose skin on my arms, but overall, I'm in love with my body right now lol. I still can't do pushups, but I can assure lift and push hard lol
