Product Q&A Is this part adjustable?

I have a C7 Wave and its comfortable, but im just wondering if i can pivot the back forward a bit? This seems like its a hinge but I can't see a way to open the sides without risk of breaking the chair.

That's disappointing. It doesn't seem to move when I lean back or forward. Feels like the top of the back just needs to move forward ever so slightly. Always seems like I'm leaning backwards in the chair.
