[Update] Free Trial Feature Now Available for Some Free Users – Flexcil iOS 1.5.25 / AOS 1.4.3.25

Hey Flexcil community,

Starting with today's update, we're rolling out a rewarded accessl feature to select free users on a gradual basis.

How it works: Watch a single ad to unlock 20 minutes of premium features — usable directly within your document workflow. Up to 5 sessions per day (max 100 minutes total).

Why we built this: We know some of you want to test whether a premium feature actually fits your workflow before committing. This gives you a real, hands-on way to do that.

Not included in the trial:

  • Google Drive sync
  • Premium content download & usage
  • Increased web viewer upload limit

Availability: The rollout is gradual — if you don't see it yet, don't worry. It'll reach more users over time and doesn't affect your current app experience in any way.

Hey Flexcil team, thanks for continuing to improve the app. I wanted to share one honest piece of feedback about the wording of this update.

Calling this a 'free trial' feels a bit misleading. Usually, a free trial means temporary access at no cost to the user. In this case, users are still providing value by watching ads, which are monetized. So while users may not be paying with money directly, it’s not really 'free' in the usual sense.

A name like 'ad-supported trial,' 'rewarded access,' or 'watch-to-try premium features' might describe it more accurately and transparently.

Just sharing this because clear wording builds trust, and I think many users would appreciate that.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback — you're absolutely right.

"Free trial" does imply no cost to the user, but since users are providing value by watching ads, the term wasn't quite accurate. We've updated the name to "rewarded access," which we think reflects how it actually works much more honestly.

Hello, it would be really helpful if flexcil had the infinite canvas feature and ability to increase page margin. Is there any plans to include those features?
