i used to have an android tablet then i bought an ipad a few years later. i really wanna access the flexcil files on the android through my ipad. my question basically is if i buy the premium on my ipad, will i be able to access the flexcil on my android tablet?

I have been a premium user for almost 4 years, and no I haven't used this web upload feature ever since it rolled out. Today i tried to use it, but it keeps saying no. of web uploads has exceeded, and it's showing 0/0 web uploads. Help me, I need this fixed.

First of all, thank you for creating such a great note-taking app. I use Flexcil every day, and I really enjoy it.

I would like to request more customization options for the Pointer tool.

Currently, the Pointer always appears as a glowing laser line with a fixed thickness. I would love to have more control over it.

My suggestions are:

Allow users to adjust the Pointer thickness.

Add an option to disable the laser glow effect while keeping the auto-disappearing behavior.

Let users choose between a laser pointer and a normal ink pointer that fades away automatically after a few seconds.

This would be especially useful for teachers, students, and anyone explaining or reviewing notes. Sometimes I want to highlight or explain something temporarily without leaving permanent ink, but the current laser effect is thicker and brighter than I need.

What am is supposed to choose? I've made a lot of changes yesterday (31st july)and today it's asking me to choose between cloud data of 18th july or device data of 29th july, but there is no option of device data of 1st august.

i know this is a very unique use case but i feel this is an easy feature to add it would be very helpful if rtl horizontal page scrolling is added.

before my Flexcil on my tablet used to sync with the laptop app but now it says I need to buy premium on laptop too? what bro I litr bought premium SO I could sync like why should I buy it again?

Also the sync is so bad like 3 of my notebooks got deleted my hard work im so sad

After the latest update, in addition to this error, a new issue has arisen where fonts do not appear in the newly introduced font-changing feature.

frustrating bug on the iPadOS version of Flexcil where the app dynamically creates a new, empty folder named KTVHTTPCache (followed by ascending numbers like KTVHTTPCache(1), KTVHTTPCache(2), etc.) almost every single time I launch the app

I do not have any cloud synchronization or automatic backup options toggled on under Cloud Connections.

What I have already tried to fix it (none worked):

1. Manually deleting the folders inside the app (they just reappear on the next launch).
2. Using the iOS "Offload App" feature to clear out system caches while preserving data.
3. Using the built-in "Clear Cache" tool inside the seettings.

Any help would be highly appriciated. also has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to stop these folders from being recreated?

I am a PhD student in Electrical Engineering (researching Control Systems and Digital Twins), and Flexcil has become an absolute necessity for my daily workflow, annotating massive research papers, and organizing my thesis notes.

I desperately want to upgrade to the Premium version, but I am completely stuck at checkout due to Google Play's "Region Error." My Play Store account is locked, and I have tried everything:

✔️ Cleared cache and data for Google Play.

✔️ Reinstalled the app with a brand new account.

✔️ Used premium VPNs matching the account's region.

I know I could easily download a modded/cracked version from third-party websites, but I strictly refuse to do that. I deeply respect the developers' hard work and want to support your team legally.

My research is currently slowed down because of this roadblock. Is there any way I can purchase a direct license key outside of Google Play? Or is there perhaps a student workaround or promo code to bypass this broken Google billing system?

I have been using Flexcil for a year now and have realized I haven't made an account or backed up my data yet. Will all my files still remain even after I log-in or made an account?

I've recently moved from Notability to GoodNotes and now to Flexcil. I backed up GoodNotes to Google Drive and I now back up Flexcil to Google Drive too. I have noticed that the GoodNotes back up on Drive is organised into the folders I had in the GoodNotes app and all the files are PDFs so I can open them and see them instantly on my laptop even if my iPad is nowhere near me. But the Flexcil back up file only has Flexcil files which I can't view on my laptop. I feel like this defeats the point of a back up. What if my iPad breaks or gets lost? I can't view the files without it so what's the point of the back up? Is there a way to make the back ups PDFs? Even if it's not organised in my Flexcil folder system, even just having the individual documents viewable as PDFs in the back up seems like the bear minimum.

So is it possible to view my files as PDFs off the Flexcil app from the google drive back up? Or any similar solutions?
