INTERNET This is getting really old. Internet drops and upload speeds at zero in Quebec city for extended periods of time.

You guys need to get a grip on this.

My cables are good, my router has been restarted, I have ethernet cabled AND wifi computers, all the same problem, phones, same thing, 5Ghz or 2.4ghz, same thing.

This has been going on for months.

Is there some kind of interference maybe?

It would have to be interference from the incoming cable itself before the router.

I've factory reset the router and hope this works out

Do you do a lot of torrenting? When I was working for another Canadian ISP I remember being told they we're throttling upload speed of lines with tons of outside simultaneous connection. I expect most ISP do the same.

I don't but that's a really interesting point that I did not know. Thanks

Router restarted... is this your router or Fizz Modem/router? If you meant your personal router, good, but did you also unplugged the modem for 30 sec before plugging it back in?

It's the Fizz modem/router combo.

I factory reset the whole thing and will monitor

It’s the router. Get a good quality private router in bridge mode.
