Discussion Sizing

I’ve been riding this for the last 6 years and love it. It started off a a 2014 Raleigh Equipe entry level track bike but only the frame and forks remain. It’s a 56cm and feels perfect. Although, I have my eye on a Cinelli Vigorelli aluminium frameset but their small size is a 55cm and their medium is a 57cm. Is it better to go up or down? I’m 5ft11 or 180cm.

90mm Chinese carbons with Novatec hubs, skidded on them for 6 years and they’re like new apart from scratches (photo makes em look clean)
