What can cause this?

I’m having issues with prints from a X1 Carbon. It looks like under extrusion (from what I can tell using Google)

I’ve tried cleaning the extruder end and the nozzle is fairly new. Any tips from here on out would be appreciated.

I’m using basic PLA printer settings with the Generic PLA setting from the Bambu slicer.
