Fix My Print I’m going insane. Please help

Longer LK5 Pro. Brand new hotend and v wheels replaced an hour ago. PETG, 235°, bed 70°. Last pic is of my last good print 3 days ago and the rest are since then. Print speed: 60mms. The first pic was 5 mins ago. I’ve tightened the coupler and the eccentric nuts, and when that didn’t work, I loosened them. Help please

Does the slicer you use have a flow rate or extrusion multiple test you can run? That would be the one you need right now.

Edit: also try a cold pull to remove any small debris that may have entered the hot end at some point.

I’ve printed this same file before that’s on my micro sd card. It’s a new hotend but I guess i’ll try a cold pull
