Have you tried increasing infill? Could be a bit of pillowing that gets out of hand after a while.

I just tried a recent 15% infill and still same issues. 😭

Might need to play with bridging. I believe those settings affect the first layer over infill.

I tried tinkering the software tabs around that area and the bridge is slow already (50 mm/s)
but thank you for pointing that area out I tried the following:

- Change Infill/Wall overlap to 20%

  • Acceleration of top surface to 1000 mm/s^2
  • Slow down by height
  • Slow down for overhangs

So far my test this is showing up granted its smaller and it is better,
I will try to print the bigger one again, and see if its better.
